Samantha Roessner serves as the Human Resources Manager for Bellevue Living and is responsible for providing strategic solutions for human capital management. In her position, Samantha works alongside leadership and managers to oversee organizational and staff development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Samantha began her career with White Rock Oil and & Gas where she developed the Human Resources department from the ground up – managing compliance across five states, creating policies and procedures, overseeing a departmental budget of $7.5 million, and diligently serving as the main point of contact for 100+ employees. Samantha graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
